The Eyes Are the Mirror of the Soul

" A beautiful eye makes silence eloquent, a kind eye makes contradiction an assent, an enraged eye makes beauty deformed. This little member gives life to every other part about us; and I believe the story of Argus implies no more than that the eye is in every part; that is to say, every other part would be mutilated were not its force represented more by the eye than even by itself."
      - Joseph Addison
Computers, Tv's ,polluted environment...all these factors contribute in a bad way to our sight.
The eye is a fragile organ and it's care has to be very delicate and careful. Also the skin around them is being four times finer than the one on the chin.
But, at different ages, we have to care in different ways.
  20 years-  Start to care
At this age we just start our beauty habitFull make-up removal , skin hydration it has to be a reflex. Start to use daily a special eye cream. Apply it every morning, through massage and successive low pressure, the inner and outer corner of eye. Ideal is a moisturizer.
30 years - Deep care
To fight against signs of fatigue, is necessary to make a habit of using the cream for the eye contour in the morning and in the evening especially during the winter or if your skin is dry. Choose cream and refreshing formula that prevent wrinkles. Twice a week, put a moisturizing mask or apply compresses your anti-fatigue with tea or infusion.

Now we have to prevent aging by applying nourishing anti-wrinkle effect eye creams, avoiding too sharp wrinkles installation. Apply the cream in the morning and in the evening, describing circles with your fingertips all over the eye. For situations in which you want to hide dark circles use a corrective makeup bags and a massage which decreases rapidly with an ice cube wrapped in gauze.

Bellow, are some useful tips to know:
Things You'll Need:
1 oz. of eyebright herb or eyebright herbal tea
Rosehip herbal tea
1 raw white potato
Fresh figs
Food grater
Strainer
Cotton balls or soft gauze pads
Use the herb eyebright as an eye tonic. Add 1 tbsp. of the herb (or 2 teabags) to a cup of boiling water. Allow the eyebright to soak in the hot water for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid out and place it in a container in order to cool it slightly. Discard the herbs.
  • Step 2 Soak cotton balls or soft gauze in the resulting infusion. Apply the liquid to your eyes as a compress while you lie down (or place the teabags on your eyes). This can also be used as an eyewash for overworked, tired eyes.
  • Step 3 Grate 3 or 4 tbsp. of raw potato and place them on your eyelids for up to 20 minutes. If you prefer, you may use slices of raw potato to place on your eyelids while you recline. This will reduce swelling, puffiness and the redness associated with bloodshot eyes.
  • Step 4 Brew a strong tea made of rose-hips. Moisten two cotton balls in the tea and place them on your eyes to eliminate dark circles and “bags” under your eyes.
  • Step 5 Cut a fresh fig in half. Place one half over each eye. Dark circles will disappear.
