Marinated Chicken Breasts
  • Total Time: 8 hr 15 min

  • Cook 10 min
  • Yield: 4 servings
  • Level: Easy
  •  Ingredients

        * 1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar, like cider, balsamic, or red wine
        * 2 to 3 teaspoons dried herbs, like thyme, oregano, rosemary, or crumbled bay leaf
        * 1 to 2 tablespoons mustard, whole grain or Dijon
        * 1 to 2 teaspoon garlic or onion powder, optional
        * 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
        * Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
        * 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, each about 6 ounces

    Directions

    Put the vinegar, herbs, mustard, powders if using and oil in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Close the bag and shake to combine all the ingredients. Open the bag, drop in the chicken breast in the bag. Close and shake the bag to coat evenly. Freeze for up to 2 weeks.

    Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, under cold, running water, or in the microwave at 30 percent power for 1 minute at a time.

    Heat a grill or grill pan. When the grill is hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. You can also bake the thawed chicken in a 375 degree F oven for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

    Epsom Salts

    A sitz bath made with Epsom salts can sooth, cleanse and even help dry a pimple in the vaginal area. To prepare this type of bath, run about two to three inches of warm water in a tub and sprinkle one-half to one cup of Epsom salts into the water. Soak in the tub for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse the area thoroughly after the bath and pat it dry.

    Scientists at the Harvard University found that the wrong-sized bras can confine blood circulation and damage lymph flow. 

    When a woman is wearing a tight bra especially for long periods of time, the lymph circulation is restricted with less oxygen and nutrients being delivered to the tissues and more waste products accumulating in the breasts. This may eventually lead to such conditions as anoxia (low oxygen level), which has been linked to fibrosis, and can increase the risk of developing breast cancer.

    If you wear an ill-fitting bra, you will not have the sleek, elegant look that you want. Instead, your whole form will look shapeless and unattractive. An ill-fitting bra will also draw unnecessary attention to the bust area.

    Scarred Breasts
    Wearing the wrong bra size can cause scarring underneath or on each side of the breasts, which is not immediately noticeable. But over time, a bra that is far too tight will end up creating a scarring effect, where the bra has dug into the flesh.
